HOBI CEO to Moderate WBDC Panel 

HOBI CEO and co-founder Cathy Hill is moderating the Operationalizing Sustainable Business Practices through the Lens of Supplier Engagement panel Sep. 6, from 3:40 p.m. to 4:20 p.m. at the 2023 WMDC Midwest Business Conference in Rosemont, Illinois. 

Panelists Melissa Warneke, Vice President, Head of Sustainable Procurement, AON plc., Kristin Holzhauer, Sr. Director Enterprise Sustainability & Impact (ESI) Northwestern Mutual, and Jamie Vermie, Managing Principal – ESG & Impact Investments, Allstate Insurance will be joining Hill to discuss the importance of implementing sustainable practices, e.g., reducing waste, conserving energy, human rights awareness, business ethics, and other impacts on environmental, social, and governance issues when exploring partnerships between large corporations and women-owned businesses.
