This week, HOBI’s employee spotlight features a fellow creative—a traveler who spent many days far from home serving his country before joining the HOBI team, then hitting the road again!
Cole Lowe originally hails from the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. He has spent much of his time traveling across the country—and the globe—serving in the United States Marine Corps, where he worked in supply and logistics administration. He continued down the path of supply chain management, gaining the role of supply planner for a fabrication company, which equipped him with the knowledge and skills that carried him to HOBI.
From Okinawa, Japan, to Quantico, Virginia, Cole returned to his roots in Dallas to join the HOBI team. His sharp organization and leadership skills quickly made him an asset. After just two years on home soil, Cole packed his rucksack and his fluffy feline companion, O’Malley, and made the trek to HOBI’s Phoenix location, where he serves as the Site Manager, managing operations and personnel.
Like any creative mind, Cole is drawn to the arts. In his spare time, he is often lost in the pages of a good book, putting a fresh pencil to a sketchpad, or creating intricate storylines in a Dungeons and Dragons campaign. He can also be found catching up on favorite shows or watching childhood classics such as Disney’s The Aristocats, from which Mr. O’Malley inherited his name.
