This weekend, Samsung announced the release of their Galaxy Tab S2, following the release of the Galaxy Tab S last summer. The S2 tablets feature two new display sizes, overall lighter weight and an upgraded SoC.
The devices will run Android 5 Lollipop and Samsung’s latest version of TouchWiz. The S2s will be considerably lighter, weighing in at .85 and .56 pounds. The new design is targeted to give users the best operating experience possible, with a Super AMOLED screen and iPad-like 4 by 3 format, instead of the widescreen ratio of the past.
New tablets are being released at an increasingly rapid rate. With the constant turnover of new technology, leasing is becoming a more attractive and affordable alternative than committing to a purchase, only to have a new device released soon after.

The new Galaxy S2 tablet will launch next month. Prices have not been released yet, but the tablet is estimated to cost between $400 and $500, varying between the smaller and larger sizes.
