The ISRI Commodity Roundtables forum returns today at the Hyatt Regency hotel in Chicago, for one of the largest roundtable events seen in recent years. From Wednesday through Friday, the event will include multiple roundtable discussions on market topics related to stainless steel and nickel, the global demand for recycled copper, financial risks and asset management, electronics, and aluminum.
President of HOBI International Inc. and chairman of ISRI’s electronics division, Craig Boswell, is set to be the electronics panel moderator for this year’s Commodity Roundtables event, where he will have the opportunity to speak with Walter Alcorn from the Consumer Technology Association (CTA) about how the pandemic has shaped CTA’s recent forecast, challenges in supply shortages, the Right to Repair movement etc. In a recent interview preceding the Roundtables event, Boswell gave ScrapNews some insight into how HOBI was formed, and his interests in the electronics industry.
