The Pro and Pro Max versions of the iPhone 14 include a new front design, the Dynamic Island, which expands and modifies itself for every notification users receive. The notch becomes interactive so users can respond to notifications without leaving the current app. Powered by the new A16 bionic chip, the iPhone 14 pro models include all of the new iPhone 14 features such as Action Mode, updated Cinematic Mode, Crash Detection and Emergency SOS via Satellite, as well as a better camera, a sharper lens and Apple ProRAW for professional photography. The Pro and Pro Max models include a new display engine with a 48MP camera, a quad-pixel sensor and a redesigned flash.
Environmental Impacts
For years now Apple has been committed to reducing their carbon footprint by making all of their products with 100% recycled rare earth metals. In 2021 alone, iPhone suppliers also helped keep 250,000 metric tons of waste from ending up in landfills. The company’s corporate operations have been carbon neutral since 2020. The company continues to work toward a goal of creating all carbon neutral products by 2030.
