The 2021 Apple Keynote showcased a range of new products including a new iPad, iPad Mini, the Watch Series 7, and four new models of the highly anticipated iPhone 13. Each product contains a range of new features such as designs, new applications, brighter displays, longer battery life, 5G, and durability. Here’s a closer look at the new iPhone 13 models.
iPhone 13 & iPhone 13 Mini
Crafted from aerospace grade aluminum and ceramic shield glass, Apple’s new iPhone 13 is the most durable iPhone yet. The iPhone 13 contains the same, sleek straight-edge design and industry leading IP68 water resistance as the iPhone 12, but is now powered by a new A15 bionic chip, which improves performance, speed, battery efficiency, and a range of other features. First, Apple created a new diagonal camera design to fit the advanced dual camera system, and re-engineered the front camera to produce a wider display area. The interior design has also been redesigned in order to make room for new technologies and a larger battery. Both phones feature a super XDR advanced retina display, higher peak brightness, and OLED contrast displays.
Perhaps the most intriguing feature on the iPhone 13 is Cinematic Mode, an idea created from a film technique called “rack focus,” engineered to hold focus on the subject, and automatically shift focus by anticipating when another subject enters the frame, and when a subject looks away from the camera. Both phones also contain new privacy updates designed to prevent trackers from viewing a user’s IP address and private relay hides your IP address from websites you visit. iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini support the new MagSafe wallet, which notifies the user of the last known location where the phone was separated from the wallet. Each phone comes in an array of new colors, and new storage capacity options.
iPhone 13 Pro & iPhone 13 Pro Max
The iPhone 13 Pro lineup uses Apple’s most advanced iPhone technology. Like the iPhone 13 and 13 Mini, the new iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max feature a new design that comes in four finishes, including an all new Sierra Blue. The Pro lineup also includes the 20% smaller front camera, ceramic shield, IP68 water resistance, new internal design for a larger battery, and a new super retina XDR display. The most notable feature in the iPhone 13 Pro lineup is Apple’s largest camera advancement yet. The new Pro iPhones include features such as ProMotion, which increases load time and optimized for increasing battery life, better low light photos, and Photographic Styles which edits photos in real time just like a professional photo editor would. The new Pro line also introduces macro photography, which uses a special lens that focuses at close distances. All cameras on the Pro line will now include night mode, allowing users to take quality photos in low-light conditions.
Each new iPhone also uses many recycled materials, including the antenna strip crafted from upcycled plastic water bottles. For more information on how to adequately dispose of your old electronics, call 877-814-2620 or contact HOBI International Inc. at sales@hobi.com.
