HOBI Limited Warranty
If a product needs to be returned, there will be a 90-day period from the point of delivery. HOBI will either replace with new equipment (if available), repair the equipment, or refund the entire amount. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be given in the same form as payment received. Replacements and/or refunds will be given once the original merchandise (including all accessories) has been received and inspected. Warranty covers functional defects related to the tablet hardware. Water damage and LCD breakage are not covered under the warranty. Issues related to the software platform are not covered under the hardware warranty. Further information regarding the warranty and the RMA process is available at the HOBI Returns website. The HOBI warranty supersedes any manufacturer warranty.
New Product Warranty: Products sold as new will be fully functional and in “new” cosmetic condition.
Refurbished Product Warranty: Products sold as refurbished will be fully functional and in good cosmetic condition. Units may contain remanufactured subassemblies and accessories.
Used Product: Products sold as used will be fully functional. Cosmetic condition may include minor scratches or dents associated with normal wear and tear.
Product Return Information
All product returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. RMA numbers are obtained from the HOBI RMA webpage. The following information will be required to complete the RMA number request process on the website:
- Invoice Number
- Make, Model and Serial number of device to be returned
- Reason for Return

Repaired Returns—HOBI is not responsible for customer data on devices. Where possible, all device data should be backed up by the customer prior to return.
