Chief Executive Officer
Cathy Hill is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of HOBI International, Inc.. As the founding member of HOBI’s board, Cathy has overseen the growth both operationally and strategically. She continues to be responsible for the day to day operation of HOBI’s Batavia facility. Cathy personally oversees contract negotiations as well as relationships with most of HOBI’s large clientele. Before collaborating with Craig Boswell on the business plan for HOBI, Cathy’s experience included both sales and management in Illinois and Arkansas. Cathy was educated in Naperville, IL receiving her B.A. from North Central College, in International Business, summa cum laude. She also completed her degree at the Alliance Francaise in Paris, France receiving Mention Honorable.


President
Craig Boswell is co-founder and President of HOBI International, Inc. In this capacity, Craig has been extensively involved in the design, development, and deployment of electronics demanufacturing and recycling techniques. Craig’s background includes 9 years experience as an electrical engineer for Texas Instruments, Inc.. As a member of Texas Instrument’s engineering staff, Craig managed electronics design projects and was extensively involved in development and deployment of electronics manufacturing techniques. Craig holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois, a M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas. In addition to his managerial duties, Craig is HOBI’s chief industry consultant on demanufacturing, design for disassembly, and reverse logistics programs. Craig has published and presented numerous papers on the recycling of electronic products and the keys to designing more recyclable products.


Director
As a versatile seasoned executive and private investor, David has been the driving force in various telecom, technology, strategic consulting, and e-commerce initiatives for 30 years, and has led companies as the Founder, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Principal. His experience is far reaching and includes full P&L responsibility, deal structuring, manufacturing, corporate start-ups, turn-arounds, capital raises for companies, both private and public, in all stages of growth, as well as the development and execution of their short and long-term strategies. Additionally, David was a key driver in a NASDAQ I.P.O. for a company he co-founded.

Since 1981, David founded or co-founded and held inside and outside Board seats of nine companies, four of which were publicly traded and whose revenues ranged from less than $5 million to over $120 million, and, has over ten years of Fortune 500 management experience. He presently serves as an independent Board member for one public and two private companies. David received his formal education from the University of Texas School of Business in Austin and Arlington for four years, where he majored in business and economics. David was a Mentor to Akin, Gump, Strauss, and Feld Technology Venture Fund.


Director
For more than twenty-five years, Roger has been involved with start-up and turn-around companies in a number of different industries. The companies have all been technology based, having been either developers or users of new technology. There has been a mix of publicly traded and privately owned companies, as well as wholly-owned subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies. Roger has held senior management positions with these companies, most often that of President and/or CEO, but also operating positions such as COO. He has generally held a board seat as well as the management position.

Roger has broad knowledge of general corporate governance, hands-on experience with debt and equity financings, transition management acquisitions and divestitures. Roger graduated from The University of Alabama with a degree in Electric engineering with postgraduate courses in engineering and business.


Director
Mr. Holmes has more than 20 years of experience in executive and financial management. Mr. Holmes provides financial, operational, advisory and executive management services to several technology companies. Mr. Holmes continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors for the Dallas Summer Musicals. Recently, Mr. Holmes served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intervoice, Inc. (NASDAQ) where he helped transform the company by aggressively exiting low-margin business lines and growing software and services business lines organically and through acquisitions. Mr. Holmes also served as EVP and CFO for Excel Communications, Inc. (NYSE). Mr. Holmes was instrumental in Excel's successful IPO and helping to grow its revenues to $1.4 billion through a combination of organic growth and acquisitions. Additionally, Mr. Holmes helped develop and fund the business model during his tenure as EVP CFO with EpicRealm, Inc. With a background in finance, strategic planning and business analysis, Mr. Holmes started his career at Arthur Andersen LLP where he was ultimately promoted to Partner. Mr. Holmes received both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Texas Tech University.
